PornGif does the basics right for a free gallery site: clicking around doesn't throw you into a popunder chain or an off-site redirect, and there's no signup wall blocking the content. That's the baseline a lot of GIF sites fail.
Where it slips is scale and mobile support. Nineteen third-party domains is a lot of plumbing for a page built around short loops, and three of those are known ad or tracking hosts, so some background data collection is happening even without any obvious pop-up behavior.
The bigger practical issue is that it doesn't work on a phone-sized screen, which matters given how much porn browsing happens on mobile. Fine on a desktop browser, but that's a real limitation, not a minor one.
