Upornia passes the basics: HTTPS, no signup wall, no autoplay sound, and it didn't throw a popunder or redirect on the first click during this test. That's more than a lot of tubes manage.
The problem is what's loaded but not necessarily fired. Two known popunder/ad-loader scripts sit on the page, backed by 4 ad slots and 26 third-party domains, six of them known ad or tracking hosts. That's a fair bit of machinery for a page that behaved itself this one time.
Treat it as free-tube-standard: usable, mobile-friendly, no malware flags, but the ad plumbing is there and could trigger under different conditions. Worth an ad blocker if you're spending real time on it.
