The 5-second verdict
StripChat's landing page is mostly clean — no ad slots, no popunders on click, no redirect tricks — but it does load a known popunder script, which drags the score down.
- Best for
- Cam users wanting free-room browsing without signup pressure
- The catch
- One known popunder/ad-loader script is present even though nothing fired on the test click.
What we measured

- Loads known popunder / ad-network scripts
- Contacts 8 third-party domains on load
Last checked: Aug 29, 2026
Upsides
- No ad slots or autoplay-with-sound
- No popunders triggered on first click
- Works fine on a small phone screen
- No signup wall blocking the page
Downsides
- Known popunder/ad-loader script detected
- Contacts 8 third-party domains
StripChat's landing page behaves for the most part — HTTPS is in place, there's no notification nag, no forced signup wall, and clicking around doesn't trigger popunders or off-site redirects. It also renders fine on a 390px phone screen, which not every cam site bothers with.
The one flag worth naming is a known popunder/ad-loader script loading on the page, even though it didn't fire anything during testing. Combined with 8 third-party domains contacted, that's enough to keep this out of the top tier, though none of those hosts are on known tracking blocklists.
Net effect: a freemium live-cam site that's reasonably tidy up front but not spotless. Worth using, just don't be surprised if a popunder shows up eventually given the script sitting there.
